Delivery areas and methods

We ship our products directly from our farm in Mellilä, Finland, to Finland and most EU countries. We deliver with Posti and PostNord to a pick-up point, parcel locker or your door, depending on the country. You will see all delivery options and prices at checkout before you pay.

Delivery costs

• Finland: free delivery on orders over €50. For orders under €50, the cost depends on the delivery method you choose.
• Other countries: the delivery cost is shown at checkout. To most EU countries, delivery costs €15 for orders under €50 and €7.90 for orders of €50 or more.

Delivery costs include packaging.

Delivery time

We dispatch orders within 0–3 working days when the products are in stock. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days within Finland and 2–7 working days to other countries.

You will receive a tracking code by email when your parcel is dispatched. The carrier will notify you by text message or in its app when the parcel arrives.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the storage period, it is returned to us. We can resend it, but the delivery cost will be charged again.
